1. Advisory Program–Ideal for small businesses with limited budgets.
This program allows for a specified number of hours of dedicated time including:
- Comprehensive client interviews
- Review of Operational Procedures, Menu design, Service Practices
- Review of Inventory programs
- Identification of current or foreseeable problems
- Review of Operations Reports and Materials
- Generation of a customized Action Plan to correct problems
This is an economical and efficient program. This is conducted via video meetings or telephone. This provides immediate live one on one focus to your needs and issues. This program will put you in a position for immediate change and improvement.
2. On-Site Visitation
This is a full five-day visit to assess the business location; breakfast (if offered), lunch (if offered and dinner shifts will be reviewed. We will fully assess all aspects of the operation including and holding: One on One Management meetings and employee group meetings and a full operational and systems analysis including; guest operations, employee operations, menu management and financial responsibility Identification of problem areas and the generation of a detailed action plan to correct problems.
